Tracked worldwide shipping on all orders, our average shipping time is 7-12 business days from the date of fulfilment.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. However, during periods of high demand, some orders may take 5–7 business days to process.

Pre-order
Please note after placing an item on Pre-order your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item(s) arrives in stock, If you have purchased multiple items they will be shipped out once all items are in stock.
CHANGES TO ORDERS/CANCELLING PRE-ORDERS
Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped. We are also not able to cancel any orders After they are placed.
Estimated Delivery
Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Order modifications
If you need to make any modifications to your order please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to honor your request before your order is shipped.

If you notice any errors or need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in making the necessary changes before your order is shipped.

Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees associated with the failed delivery.
In the event that your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement shipment. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding with the replacement shipment.
