Withdraw from

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

The 14-day period starts the day you receive your goods (or the day the contract is made, for services and digital content).

How to withdraw

To cancel, use our withdrawal form, or email us at help@edyisa.com with your name and order number in message section.

Orders already shipped

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can no longer stop it in transit. Please receive the item, then return it to us within 14 days of delivery to complete your withdrawal.

After you withdraw

We'll refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, to your original payment method.

Returning items

Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. You cover the cost of return shipping.
